Do you carry out emergency cleaning of carpet?
Yes we can, if you have an urgent need for carpet cleaning just give us a call!
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and we have a mobile EFTPOS machine too.
Do you carry out pool maintenance?
No sorry, we don’t do pool cleaning. We conduct pool inspections for safety/compliance.
Can I buy the solutions you use for carpet cleaning and pool maintenance?
Unfortunately, the solution and the machines we use are not for sale. However, we do offer great rates that are sure to encourage regular professional cleaning.
Do you have a standard charge for the maintenance or do you do quotations first?
Yes, we have standard charge and we can do a quotation for the job you would like us to do.

Do I have a choice of what type of carpet cleaning can be done?
Yes, you have a choice on the type of cleaning done for your carpet.
Do you use chemicals to clean the carpet?
Yes, we use a variety of chemicals that we have tested and used many times for safety and efficiency.
Are all stains removable?
Stains can be tricky, though a lot of stains can be removed, there are some that even the toughest cleaner cannot remove.
What’s the difference between a spot and a stain?
A spot is a small mark on carpet while a stain is a dye mark.
Do you recommend a carpet protector?
To protect your investment - we definitely recommend a carpet protector.
Can you fix indentations caused by heavy furniture?
We can definitely try, but it still depends on the fabric used for the carpet.
How do I treat spills and stains?
Do not panic! Just use an absorbent cloth and blot. DO NOT WIPE! Then give us a call to have it professionally treated.
Do you move furniture?
Yes we move furniture, however only if it is on wheels or not too heavy.
Will cleaning remove dust mites?
Professionally done carpet cleaning helps with improving the air quality of your home as well as lessen the effects of dust mites. Aside from carpet cleaning, we also do pest control, so if you are plagued by these tiny critters, we can help you get rid of them, leaving your home cleaner and healthier.
How long will my carpet take to dry?
A good 2 to 3 hours and your carpet will be good as new!

Do I need to empty my kitchen cupboards?
No you don’t have to empty anything for us to do your pest control.
Is my cat / dog / bird safe?
Your beloved pets just have to be removed from the area where we spray.
What do I need to do prior to the pest control treatment?
Clear the food away to make sure our spray would not contaminate anything ingest.
Will the spray you use stain my carpet?
The spray we use does not stain carpets.
Will the spray affect humans?
The spray we use does effect humans.
How often should I have a pest control treatment done?
We definitely recommend having pest control done every 6 – 12 mths to maintain a good barrier to those nasties that can cause damage to your home, belongings and health.
My child suffers from asthma. Is it safe to stay in the house during treatment?
It is best to take them away from spray area while spraying.
Is the treatment guaranteed?
Yes! We guarantee our pest control treatments to work - we stand behind our work.
I’m renovating, when is it best to do the pest control?
Anytime before or after the renovation is highly recommended.
Do I need to wash everything after the treatment?
You do not have to, since the level of toxicity of our spray is very low.
How long will it take to do a pest control treatment?
It only takes an hour and you can have peace of mind.
